Refunds & Returns
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds are only issued if your purchase is received damaged or faulty.
If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product please email boholuxe@outlook.com with a photo of the product for assessment.
All products are checked before being sent. Items must be returned in original packaging. A refund for the product and postage will be issued after receiving the item and an assessment has been carried out. Boho Luxe Trader cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during post transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use insured registered post via Australia Post.
